Free Data Backups
NonProfit-Connection uses a 10 tape rotation backup system. Separate tapes are used for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Each Friday of the month a separate tape is used. Finally a monthly tape is also made at the end of each month.

NonProfit-Connection also utilizes a complete backup server. Each night the contents of the programs and data you use are completely copied to a separate machine. In the event of a partial machine failure such as a power supply going out our IT staff will simply switch the network connection to a secondary server.

No Hardware Required
If you're nonprofit organization utilizes NonProfit-Connections online system you are not required to purchase any additional hardware. You will need to have a laser printer on site in order to print your reports.

Website Hosting and E-mail
If your nonprofit organization utilizes NonProfit-Connections online system you'll receive benefit of free website hosting and 20 free e-mail addresses for your organization for $10.00 per month. Your organization will simply need to purchase your website name or we will assist you in finding one appropriate for you.

Does your nonprofit organization maintain its own computer equipment? If you need IT support you can get it from the NonProfit-Connection. Our remote access rate is $95 per hour.
