Events

Managing events can be one of the most difficult parts of fundraising for a nonprofit organization. NonProfit-Connection makes the managing of events much easier than the old fashion way of utilizing other products like word processing and spreadsheets.

The NonProfit-Connection solution to event management includes such items as being able to establish committees, setting goals, establishing different participation levels, and tracking both potential and actual participants.

Along with what NonProfit-Connection considers these basics the user will also find the ability to enter budgets and compare budgets to actual expenses in real time.
The Events Module also has the ability to establish committees and members of those committees as well as establishing agendas and meeting attendance. Customized activities for each event may also be established.

One of the most important parts of the Event Module is a location table where information including venues, room sizes, catering capabilities, typical menus other valuable information can be stored.

The Events Module fully integrates with the accounting system which comes with NonProfit-Connection.
