Many nonprofit organizations have standing committees. These committees are different from special committees set up for specific events, fundraisers and other projects of the nonprofit organization. Included in standing committees one might find this year's finance committee, publicity committee, events committee, as well as this year's board and many other possibilities. The module allows the user to also keep separate records for each year's committees. For example the minutes, members, and meeting schedule for last year's as well as other previous year's committees can always be accessed.

Because nonprofit organizations are in fact corporations, they are required by law to keep adequate reports which can be referenced at some point in the future. The Standing Committees Module allows the user to set up an unlimited number of standing committees along with which members are part of those committees and track attendance and produced minutes for those meetings.

The Standing Committee Module also allows the user to schedule meetings and prints calendars and track topics to be discussed.
