Inquiry functions display certain information for transactions currently on file; only posted transactions are displayed. there are three inquiries available in this module.

Funds

This inquiry displays the detail for any selected general ledger account attached to a fund. The inquiry displays the account number the funded name the budget, actual dollars spent, and difference columns. In addition the inquiry displays the month to date column year-to-date column and lifetime to date column balances.
